Returns policy.

whilst i hope you are happy with items purchased from my website, in the event that you might have a problem the following returns policy applies:

• return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods are faulty/damaged

• if the product is faulty or damaged on receipt, a photograph of the item/damage will be requested and a replacement sent if appropriate and available. in certain circumstances a refund may be offered

• an email must be sent to the seller (dbate0504@gmail.com) requesting a return within 7 days and item must be returned within 14 days of receipt

• non faulty returned goods must be in orignal packaging and saleable condition upon receipt by seller.
